She has been involved in teacher education for 20 years and taught courses on children’s literature, on how to apply narratives in TEFL and on exploring teachers’ beliefs about teaching and learning. She has published in English mostly on the role of stories in children’s meaning making, on how teachers’ narratives support teacher cognition and on the importance of educational culture in language learning and teaching, such as:- Retelling the story: Constructing teachers' knowledge through narratives.
