When you are in the iron-fisted grip of a spiritual mother, one does not have the option of refusal to go to church.
Through hardships and loss, I have witnessed from personal experience the very hand of God on my life in remarkable ways. When all appeared lost, the power and presence of God was evident when hope seemed elusive.
Poignantly I can identify with the writings of Paul the apostle, who stated in Philippians 4:12–13, “Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Spurred on by the prompting of the Holy Spirit, I began writing via e-mails as a way of getting the message of the Gospel across to a small number of then work colleagues. When religious meetings were banned, the Spirit of God enabled me to know the Word could not be contained.
Writing became a way of expression as the Holy Spirit would commune with me on matters pertaining to life, empowering with the knowledge that in reaching out to God, all things are indeed possible.
My prayer is that through the dynamic, resurrecting power of the knowledge of God’s Word, the sick would be healed and the poor enriched to become a people characterized by the Word. There is life in the Word of God. Once you have the encounter, your life will never be the same again. I speak as one who has been touched by God.visualizza meno
