I served honorable during the Vietnam era. I’ve lived in poverty for some 6 decades, while paying attention to the oppressively selfish avarice. Basically living paycheck to paycheck when working, I’ve been fortunate enough to have had a vehicle each time I’ve been homeless. I am also a slow person who has been taken advantage of by many, effectively being taught not to trust.
Although our grandparents were poor monetarily, they made Thanksgivings some of our most precious childhood memories. They were very good people and deserved much better than they got from envious strangers. We even had two great aunts who were Roman Catholic nuns.
Being aware of god-man-ships, I do condemn greed for masquerading as power and making the Republican way so dehumanizing.
