Angus was wounded in the Great War with a mini ball in his shoulder that remained there the rest of his life. As a result of the stories, the author developed an interest in the Civil War, which never left him. The descendants of Angus started an annual reunion that the author attended as a small boy and into manhood. Consequently he was steeped in family history. This account is the result of his continued interest in the life of Angus. The author is currently professor emeritus of the University of Arkansas, with a PhD in economics.visualizza meno
