Dr. Grover is a strong believer in being visible on school campuses and engaging the entire school community in high expectations for all while educating the whole child. In wanting to illustrate her theme, she coined the word Super-Boss-Intendent to demonstrate the valuable impact of a school superintendent and to help students know there is someone ensuring they achieve success.
Dr. Grover is a lifelong educator, teacher, and learner. Born in rural Alabama, she was told at an early age by a teacher that she would be a good factory worker one day. Obviously, that person was shortsighted, as Dr. Grover has earned numerous degrees, her latest being a PhD in educational psychology from the University of North Texas. Over her twenty years in education, she has been a teacher, principal, central office administrator, and superintendent. She has presented at many conferences across the nation and has held statewide positions in educational associations.
Dr. Grover is the proud mother of two sons and the daughter of two proud parents. With a proven vision for learning and her partnerships with staff, parents, and the community, her true calling is being an advocate for students as shown in the many notable accomplishments she has achieved in the field of education.visualizza meno
