From the early years he lived with a burning dream to improve his career prospects through education. Up to now he has completed Primary Teachers Diploma, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, Master of Education, Master of Philosophy, Doctor of Administration. He was formerly involved in the administration of TVET colleges at Head Office in the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Education Department. He has extensive research experience in the field of management development, with a particular emphasis on people management, employment equity, managing diversity and empowerment. In 2006 he was part of the National Education Department Team that visited Scandinavian countries like Denmark, Sweden, Finland on a study tour to do research on TVET management. He has been invited on a number of occasions to present plenary papers in African countries like Zambia, Tanzania and Swaziland.visualizza meno
