She owns her own company, Next Steps, LLC, a transition coaching and consulting firm. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and a law degree. She has over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries, serving the companies she worked for in the Human Resources and Legal arena.
She has had articles published in Legal Management (Planning for the Fuiture, February 2009; and Reality Check; April, 2009); and The Colorado Lawyer (How to Avoid Extinction, June 2009).
