While in the Navy he obtained an MSE from Michigan and a juris doctorate with honors from George Washington University. After resigning from the Navy he practiced law for thirty years, winning many large verdicts as a business tort trial lawyer. Having contracted several Agent-Orange-related diseases, James was rendered 100% disabled. One of his main goals was to write this book, and upon completion of it, died on December 6, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, four children, and four grandchildren. He resided in Fort Worth, Texas.visualizza meno
