Her culinary talent knows no geographical boundaries. She is adept in making Oriental, Mughlai, South Indian, Italian, Mexican and Continental cuisines. At the same time she is proficient in regular Indian home style cooking suiting to every palate.
Her finger licking snacks, vegetarian and non vegetarian alike, are a treat.
In addition, she is a gifted baker-some of her specialties include breads, cakes, muffins, cup cakes and tarts.
Whether it is recipes, cooking material, condiments/herbs or setting the menu, she has a distinct style, not quite the copy book type. She perfects while she experiments with her art. Her cookery is a unique blend of wholesome, healthy and tasty food made simply and easily.
