During her travels she learned to fly, scuba dive, sail, and gained a science degree from the University of Toronto. After their sailboat was sunk in cyclone Justin and they were rescued by helicopter from the Coral Sea, off the coast of Australia, the author and her husband returned to Vancouver Island, Canada where they started farming, the latest of their adventures. For several years an editor and writer, she’s been published on five continents. Now retired from active work she lives with her husband by a river in Nova Scotia where he keeps his latest sailboat and she spends time landscaping; growing organic food and lavender; walking their latest pit bull puppy and writing during the long winter months.visualizza meno
