Andrea Adriani was born and lives in Umbria, Italy. Besides his freelance occupation as a structural engineer, he has always been committed to writing and literary fiction. As a dramatist, he is the author of one-act plays, some of which have been performed, as well as of translations and adaptations for the stage. Currently he is working on a series of short stories and a full-length novel.
